Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison among suppliers, manufacturers, internal teams, and clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with qualified vendors and trade partners.
  • Negotiate agreements, oversee performance, and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive contract documentation for future reference.
  • Conduct market research to identify optimal products and suppliers.
  • Anticipate demand levels, analyze pricing trends, and foster employee growth.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between procurement and estimating teams.
  • Encourage product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in residential procurement or a related field.
  • Skilled in negotiation, interpreting architectural/engineering plans, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with procurement and estimating systems.
