Administrative Aide I, II, and III Positions
Summary of ResponsibilitiesWe are currently accepting applications for various Administrative Aide roles across all campus locations. Applications will be reviewed periodically based on the availability of positions.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Aide positions entail providing comprehensive administrative support to either an academic or administrative unit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures regarding office services and administrative requirements.
- Handling phone inquiries, managing incoming mail, and preparing correspondence, flyers, letters, syllabi, tests, and reports, while proofreading and editing documents.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the office, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff or departments.
- Coordinating and maintaining schedules and calendars.
- Ordering and managing office supplies through various vendors.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising student assistants.
- Maintaining manual and/or electronic financial, accounting, personnel, and other administrative records, ensuring confidentiality as required.
- Participating in meetings, taking notes, and disseminating information as necessary.
- Performing calculations and data entry tasks.
- Managing the administrative section of the web page.
- Executing additional duties as assigned.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employer visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one year of progressively responsible experience in providing office administrative support with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of spelling, grammar, writing styles, and formats.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Capacity to organize tasks and complete assignments in a timely manner.
