We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Assistant to join our team at Pronoia Labs Llc. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide critical administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving business success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth execution
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes to streamline administrative tasks and improve productivity
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to onsite guests and clients
  • Drafting high-quality correspondences, reports, and other documents as required

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in office administration or related fields, with a proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in bookkeeping or accounting are also highly desirable.
