We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Engineer to join our team at PM2CM, Inc. The successful candidate will have expertise in project management, office engineering, and construction management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office engineering activities for construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in the review and analysis of project plans, specifications, and contracts, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide technical support to project teams, contractors, and consultants, leveraging expertise in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and RFIs, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and track project submittals, approvals, and transmittals to maintain efficient project workflow.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, working closely with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates, using knowledge of construction industry practices and standards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Resolve project issues, conflicts, and discrepancies, applying strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution techniques.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Eight (8) years full-time paid professional experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management of commercial and/or public or educational facility construction projects with values in excess of $15M.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards, including project scheduling and cost control.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
