Executive Director of Hotel Operations

As an Executive Director of Hotel Operations, you will oversee the operational excellence of all managed properties within the portfolio. Your key responsibilities include providing strategic direction and leadership to General Managers, developing operating procedures and standards across properties, and ensuring seamless coordination between franchise partners and third-party service providers. You will also lead the creation and management of pre-opening and operating budgets, as well as CapEx budgets, and drive revenue growth through cost control measures and asset management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Oversight: Provide strategic direction and leadership to General Managers, with all GMs directly reporting to this role.
- Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and oversee operating procedures and standards across properties.
- Fiscal Management: Lead the creation and management of pre-opening and operating budgets, as well as CapEx budgets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in pre-opening and property management, including extensive experience with P&L, budget creation, and CapEx management.
- Strong background in working with franchise partners and third-party F&B operators.
Salary and Benefits:
