Director of Revenue Operations

The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities across our portfolio of hotels in New York City. This individual will develop and implement strategies to drive growth, optimize pricing, and improve market share.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting yield controls to maximize revenue from various distribution channels
- Communicating sell strategies with sales and operations teams
- Conducting weekly yield meetings and providing recommendations for long-term growth
- Monitoring and evaluating CRO performance on a weekly and monthly basis
A successful candidate will have experience in revenue management, preferably in the hotel industry, and a strong understanding of Internet distribution channels.
Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
