Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Manager, ESG Governance and Reporting to join our Living Progress team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity of our ESG disclosures and supporting our ability to meet the expectations of regulators, customers, investors, and the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain data governance and controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our ESG disclosures.
  • Build and lead a team of ESG specialists responsible for coordinating mandatory ESG-related reporting and managing ESG data, controls, and disclosures across our mandatory and voluntary reports.
  • Develop and implement a process to evaluate and implement new reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IR, Legal, and Internal Audit, to ensure seamless ESG reporting and disclosure.
  • Provide training and support to key employee groups on ESG reporting processes, controls, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree and at least seven years of experience in data governance, regulated reporting, audit, controllership, or a related field.
  • CPA with ESG reporting experience preferred.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute in complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders and leaders.
  • Familiarity with non-financial reporting standards, including CSRD, TCFD, GRI, and SDGs, is a plus.
