Job Title: Experience Governance Program Manager

HP Development Company, L.P. is seeking a highly skilled Experience Governance Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving best practices across our digital portfolio and ensuring that our user experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across our digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address user experience gaps and opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on governance best practices and policies.
  • Manage and maintain our governance website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Track and report on compliance with governance policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in governance, compliance, or related field.
  • 6+ years of project management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Experience with compliance, privacy, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Understanding of the value and principles around governance and how it can enhance the user experience.
  • Expert-level negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
