Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets related to product information, performance, and market trends to identify patterns, correlations, and insights.
  • Develop and apply statistical models and algorithms to interpret complex data and support decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data across various systems and platforms.
  • Implement data quality measures and perform data cleansing to address discrepancies and ensure reliable data.
  • Collaborate with data stewards and IT teams to maintain and improve data governance practices.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track product performance, trends, and other key business metrics.
  • Document data processes, methodologies, and findings clearly and comprehensively.
  • Present analytical results and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within product data management or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and complex data analysis tools.
  • Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, technology) can be beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification.
  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification.
  • SQL certification.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $118,050 to $171,200 annually, plus additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, long-term/short-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, flexible spending account, life insurance, and generous time off policies.
