**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering high-quality food services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a well-trained and driven team that produces exceptional food, while ensuring compliance with food safety and work safety programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement creative menus that meet the needs of our clients and stay in sync with current market trends.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, production planning, schedules, payroll, and supplies to ensure budget compliance.
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with all requirements of federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program or a minimum of 5 years of experience as a sous chef or executive chef in fine dining establishments, hotels, and/or resorts or country clubs.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Fully competent with Microsoft Office, ordering platforms, and email communications.
  • A passion for food, a desire to grow, and a work ethic that supports both.
