About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at VML. As a key member of our Account Services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and develop marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, including media planning, creative development, and budget management
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including media services, strategy/analytics, creative services, operations, and production departments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
  • Attend and present at monthly Board Meetings, accompany the Regional Account Director on regular dealer visits, and work closely with major advertising partners in the market
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years minimum of relevant marketing, media, or agency experience, preferably as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or Junior Account Executive
  • Knowledgeable and proficient with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams, and able to learn additional internal applications
  • Experience with digital and social media campaigns from planning, implementation, and measurement of performance
  • Creative, analytical, highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Keen eye for detail with tremendous organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional listening and communications skills
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and accurate messages both verbally and written
  • Ability to work both remotely and in the downtown New York office, as needed, and travel within the region monthly
