About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our Operations team at Upway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a seamless buying and selling experience, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with our purchasing team to review and facilitate customer inbound sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Process Improvement: Collect feedback from customers and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our processes and offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to ensure seamless transitions throughout the buying and selling processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Comfortability: Be comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Be able to find creative solutions for customers in ambiguous circumstances.
