At Fooda, we are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our Texas team. This is a true "hunter" role in which you will be targeting customers throughout an assigned territory.

Sales Growth

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Fooda's multiple products to B2B, mid-market, and enterprise clients across numerous verticals. With a focus on building relationships and setting meetings with potential customers, this individual will identify opportunities and create solutions for a hybrid work environment that meets recognized needs while maximizing dollars and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Lead all steps of Fooda's sales cycle including presenting, negotiating and closing deals with decision makers
  • Learn and understand the Fooda training program including best practices within the sales process
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in connecting with new customers and showing diligence with follow-up communications
Requirements
  • 4+ years of new business development experience with at least two in an outside sales, closing capacity
  • Experience in navigating decision makers across mid-market and enterprise level companies
  • Strategically minded with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Successful in cold-calling and have utilized sourcing strategies to reach the decision maker
