Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Account Executive to help our biggest global enterprises push the boundaries of innovation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying customer challenges and proving the value of Instabase solutions. Your expertise in OpEx and Revenue growth selling opportunities will be invaluable in driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules
  • Educate customers on how Instabase solutions can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Solution Architects, and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer success
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs

About You

  • 5+ years of closing experience in solution/value selling
  • 5+ years of enterprise/B2B experience into Fortune 500/Global 2000 accounts
  • Ability to grow the install base and sell directly into whitespace accounts
  • Successful quota attainment YoY and experience growing an enterprise client portfolio
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally
  • Strong ability to navigate an enterprise and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and levels of leadership
  • Provides valuable insights into improving customer business operations
  • Research and data-driven approach to account planning; Proactively identifies opportunities from business-led discussions
  • Self-starter with a strong commitment to team success in a startup environment

What We Offer
