Position Summary
Gerald Auto Group is in search of a dedicated and experienced Automotive Office Manager to collaborate closely with our operations team. This role is essential for maintaining effective scheduling and ensuring precise financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze balance sheet schedules and investigate or escalate any inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with office personnel to guarantee the accurate execution of assigned duties.
- Assist the General Manager in managing cash flow and conducting expense evaluations.
- Oversee and protect company assets while ensuring robust internal controls are established.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of all accounting roles.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly financial reports to the manufacturer.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive sector with various office responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and training abilities.
- A sense of urgency combined with a stable work approach.
- Professional demeanor and work ethic.
- Experience with Dealertrack DMS is preferred.
- Familiarity with Ford factory programs is a plus.
