Position Summary

Gerald Auto Group is in search of a dedicated and experienced Automotive Office Manager to collaborate closely with our operations team. This role is essential for maintaining effective scheduling and ensuring precise financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze balance sheet schedules and investigate or escalate any inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate with office personnel to guarantee the accurate execution of assigned duties.
  • Assist the General Manager in managing cash flow and conducting expense evaluations.
  • Oversee and protect company assets while ensuring robust internal controls are established.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all accounting roles.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly financial reports to the manufacturer.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive sector with various office responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and training abilities.
  • A sense of urgency combined with a stable work approach.
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic.
  • Experience with Dealertrack DMS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Ford factory programs is a plus.
