Retail Merchandising Associate – Special Projects

Starting Wage: $18.00/hour

Part-Time Position: Hours are flexible based on your availability and business requirements. Special project tasks are primarily scheduled during business hours, allowing for varied and traditional hours, including flexible scheduling for inventory tasks during non-project periods. Your availability can significantly influence your earnings.

Job Overview for CROSSMARK Retail Merchandising Associate – Special Projects

This team collaborates with various retailers to deliver tailored inventory solutions that meet their specific business needs while also supporting special projects. You will be assigned to specific retail clients to provide additional services, including merchandise returns, resets, and other ad hoc retail assignments. In the inventory role, you will utilize proprietary handheld devices to scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations, providing them with accurate inventory data to aid in informed business decisions and enhance customer support. Team Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • We welcome applications from candidates who:
  • Have no prior experience or are re-entering the workforce.
  • Possess military experience.
  • Do not hold a high school or college degree.
  • Highly recommended candidates include those with backgrounds in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Picker, Packer, Driver, and/or Warehouse roles. Make your experience count.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, with occasional walking; the capacity to perform repetitive motions with both hands and wrists; frequent low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to use a ladder; the capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.; and frequent travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.
