Overview of the CROSSMARK Retail Merchandising Associate – Special Projects

This CROSSMARK team collaborates with various retailers to deliver tailored inventory solutions and supports special projects that cater to specific customer needs. You will be assigned to particular retail clients to provide additional services, including merchandise returns, resets, and other ad hoc retail tasks. In the inventory role, you will utilize proprietary handheld devices to scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations, supplying them with accurate inventory data to enhance their business decisions and better serve their customers. Team Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • We welcome applications from candidates who:
  • Have no prior experience or are re-entering the workforce.
  • Possess military experience.
  • Do not hold a high school or college degree.
  • Highly recommended candidates include those with backgrounds in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Picker, Packer, Driver, and/or Warehouse roles. Make your experience count.

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, with occasional walking; the capacity to perform repetitive motions with both hands and wrists; frequent low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; regular use of a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.; and frequent travel by car and occasional air travel, including overnight stays.
