Position Overview


This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days in the office and two days remote.


The Senior Compliance Analyst is a seasoned professional in compliance, utilizing extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks, business practices, and analytical skills to support and develop compliance programs for Medicare and Medicaid. This role is crucial in fostering ethical practices, meeting regulatory standards, and mitigating compliance risks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for an effective compliance program, including conducting audits and monitoring activities.
  • Provide interpretation and guidance on regulatory mandates and contracts.
  • Assist in creating and implementing performance-driven programs for Medicare compliance, focusing on Special Needs Plans.
  • Leverage expertise in Medicare and Medicaid compliance to inform strategic decisions and enhance organizational visibility.
  • Maintain accurate system data for internal and external reporting and support regulatory audits.
  • Identify opportunities for compliance process reviews and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage regulatory interactions, including drafting correspondence and responding to inquiries.
  • Facilitate effective communication and decision-making with internal and external stakeholders to foster positive relationships.
  • Escalate issues that require resolution as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance and risk management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with Quickbase and SharePoint.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.


Compensation:

The typical pay range for this role is between $43,000 and $107,200 annually. This range represents the base salary for all positions within this job grade.
