Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and define functional and technical requirements for our software development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business users to elicit and document functional requirements.
  • Utilize Team Foundation Server (TFS) for managing and tracking requirements.
  • Create wireframes and process flows to visualize system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to review and validate test cases.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
