Environmental Compliance Analyst

Rinker Design Associates is a dynamic engineering firm specializing in design and environmental services. We are currently looking for an entry-level Environmental Compliance Analyst to support our transportation and land development initiatives in adhering to federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for ecology and environmental policies, and will be open to engaging in fieldwork. Experience or interest in areas such as wetland delineation, stream scoring, and impact assessments is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitating regulatory coordination.
- Preparation and submission of necessary permit applications.
- Conducting field investigations related to wetlands and streams, including delineations.
- Performing inspections and reviews of erosion and sediment control plans.
- A Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Biology, Environmental Science, Hydrology, or related disciplines.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with GIS software and databases for map production, as well as proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, or ArcGIS is preferred.
