  • Conduct Thorough Testing: Conduct thorough testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of testing activities, including results, observations, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Regulations: Stay updated on food safety regulations and industry standards to ensure our products meet or exceed all requirements.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders, including production teams, quality teams, and regulatory agencies, to address quality concerns and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of quality control experience in the food industry.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and HACCP & PCHF certifications preferred.
  • Skills: Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems, proficiency in SAP for quality management, knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and CAPA methodologies, excellent writing skills for technical information, and knowledge of quality management systems and statistical analysis software.
Work Environment

The role operates in a laboratory setting within a food manufacturing facility, with occasional travel required.
