Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator Oncology to join our team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, as well as implementing courses of action to ensure a competitively better organization.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
  • Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in an oncology setting.
