Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Develop comprehensive care plans based on thorough assessments and reassessments.
- Oversee fiscal and human resource allocations in accordance with established guidelines.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient care planning.
- Implement fall prevention strategies and ensure proper positioning during procedures.
- Manage medication safety protocols, including monitoring sedation levels and ensuring the secure storage of medications.
- Conduct error reporting and maintain documentation for intraoperative patient care.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Registered Nurse license.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
