Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Service Line Coordinator at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of patient care services, ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity in our care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans of care for patients based on RN assessment and re-assessment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to service staff, ensuring the quality and integrity of care delivered.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure fiscal and human resource allocation is in line with guidelines and policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current State of Texas RN license or compact state license required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Experience in peri-operative practice and leadership/management skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of overall OR service and ability to add organizational value.
