As a Service Line Nurse Coordinator, you will lead service staff to ensure high-quality care delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing care plans based on RN assessments.
  • Managing fiscal and human resources in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Implementing error reporting protocols in healthcare.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning.
  • Ensuring safety measures in the operating room.
  • Overseeing medication safety and proper handling procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with core measures.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you must possess:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- A Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing.
