Perkins Management Office Administrator Position

Perkins Management Services Company is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee the general administrative functions and events in our Charlotte office.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees. He/she should present an approachable tone and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, including furniture, letterhead, and new supplies as needed. Arrange for food or drinks as needed for events.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences. Supervise, monitor, and delegate work to administrative staff as needed. Create a system for the team to locate and review files or records. Develop onboarding programs for new employees. Maintain the office budget.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations. Respond to correspondence, complaints, and inquiries. Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed, including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
- Three years of previous office management experience.
- Superb communication skills.
