We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our offices and contribute to driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and trustworthy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer/new lead calls
  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Schedule Roofing Crews and Repair Team and inspections
  • Data entry - must be highly proficient in Google Suite / Excel
  • Keep a pulse on daily AR and AP
  • Assist with CRM organization
  • Schedule all projects for Northline Projects
  • Keep office stocked with needs and help with IT
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office manager, or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting/bookkeeping principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
