Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Quality Staffing Services. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our company maintenance program to minimize unscheduled downtime of production and facilities equipment.
The ideal candidate will have previous mechanical/industrial maintenance experience, with a strong background in manufacturing automation and robotics. You will also have experience in electrical, HVAC, pneumatics, and PLC controller work.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans and requirements for all manufacturing equipment, fixturing, tooling, and facilities equipment.
- Coordinating with outside vendors contracted to tasks, monitoring for safety and quality.
- Executing requirements of the company safety program and acting as an active member of the safety team.
- Performing scheduled facilities inspections and documenting as needed.
- Assisting in developing maintenance budget for upcoming year.
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous mechanical/industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in manufacturing automation and robotics
- Experience in electrical, HVAC, pneumatics, and PLC controller work
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height
Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
