Sewer Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain sewer systems, including removing debris and blockages
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as dump trucks and bulldozers, to perform tasks
  • Load and unload trucks, and transport personnel and materials
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles
  • Report any defects or issues with equipment to management

Requirements:

  • One year of driving experience and a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Classification B
  • A current and valid Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certificate
  • A satisfactory driving record
  • A 4E Hoisting Engineer License

Physical Demands:

  • Lifting between 25-100 pounds, bending, squatting, stretching, pushing, climbing, dragging, and pulling

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to all weather conditions
  • Work in a moderate to high noise level environment
