Commercial Maintenance Technician - Part Time Various Weekend Shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to work various weekend shifts, including Saturday and Sunday. This position provides technical support to our site-based team and assists with various tasks within a facilities environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lift up to 75 pounds
  • Climb ladders
  • Perform light carpentry and painting tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with safety and code changes in the field
  • Communicate with clients and supervisors on work performed and system status
  • Use voltage testers and multi-meters to verify electrical current
  • Read and understand English
  • Start and secure equipment in designated buildings
  • Assist with structural trades
  • Work as a team player in a quality environment
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
