Building Maintenance Technician

Join C&W Services as a Building Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial properties. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and servicing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
- Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions
- 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting
- Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair
- Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
