Position Summary

As a vital member of our Events Marketing division, you are passionate about creating outstanding event experiences for our audience. Your expertise in planning and executing will contribute to the success of Esri's trade shows and conferences. Your natural attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and commitment to deadlines ensure that event logistics are managed seamlessly. You provide outstanding customer service to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders while remaining adaptable to changing priorities. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and Communicate. Work efficiently with team members across marketing and external partners to effectively support marketing events. Utilize your communication skills to relay timely information to leadership and colleagues, ensuring successful event management.
  • Handle Multiple Priorities and Deadlines. Assist in the coordination and execution of several events concurrently. Apply your knowledge of event planning and management, including logistics and vendor relations, to execute events flawlessly from start to finish.
  • Maintain Organization and Attention to Detail. Reduce errors by completing tasks thoroughly and accurately. Ensure that all details align with the overall vision of the event and involve leadership when challenges arise.
  • Adapt and Resolve Issues. Respond to unforeseen circumstances and collaborate with your team to provide swift solutions. Embrace the evolving nature of event execution.
  • Be Proactive. Anticipate the necessary tasks to achieve your team's objectives. Recognize the needs of stakeholders and actively work to meet them.
  • Contribute Your Creativity. Stay informed about industry trends and share innovative ideas with your team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in events or hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Experience in delivering results on time.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with event management software.
  • Relevant certifications such as CMP or PMP.


Compensation and Benefits

$66,560-$93,600 USD
