Your role will involve formulating strategic initiatives and campaigns aimed at enhancing visibility and utilization of Esri's premier enterprise offerings. A solid grasp of digital marketing methodologies will enable you to execute tactical deliverables stemming from your strategic framework, including the creation of email and web content, social media posts, blog articles, webinars, and more across diverse sectors. You will be part of a dedicated and supportive team of product marketers committed to your professional development and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration with product management, engineering, development, global business development, and corporate marketing teams.
- Design and implement strategic marketing plans, ensuring thorough execution of all tactical components.
- Produce educational materials for prospects and users, including web pages, emails, videos, case studies, social media content, and product documentation.
- Lead and coordinate global product launches, release activities, internal communications, and multi-channel enablement efforts.
- Drive the communication strategy for updates in product functionality, lifecycle, and pricing, both internally and externally.
- Conduct market research to identify needs, develop personas, and create value-driven messaging for your product portfolio.
- Provide insights into competitive capabilities and potential risks.
- Establish and track Key Performance Indicators to assess content effectiveness and overall campaign performance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in product, industry, or corporate marketing; communications; business development; consulting; or a related field.
- Proven ability to launch and expand innovative technology products.
- Experience in communicating and presenting to senior leadership to foster alignment and influence strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with GIS applications, either through usage or development.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time for strategic meetings, events, and trade shows.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or a background in geography, computer science, or information systems.
- Demonstrated experience with a multi-application marketing technology stack.
- Knowledge of SEO and contemporary digital marketing practices.
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
