Key Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis
    • Partner with Market Intelligence teams to identify and assess existing market opportunities using data-driven methodologies.
    • Implement data governance best practices to maintain data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Generate clear and concise reports detailing key insights and performance metrics.
    • Present findings to stakeholders and leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Customer Segmentation and Analysis
    • Identify customer segments based on intent, engagement, and other relevant factors using data analysis techniques.
    • Build reusable foundational segments that will define markets and roles for marketing campaigns.
    • Execute enrichment opportunities for enhancing or broadening key markets, industries, or roles.
  • Campaign Strategy and Optimization
    • Work with colleagues across the marketing organization to understand campaign requirements and align on goals and objectives.
    • Lead audience and segmentation strategy to ensure effective campaign execution.
    • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to understand market trends, customer behaviors, and enable strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Process Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
    • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
    • Present recommendations for enhancement to leadership.
    • Transfer knowledge and skills into practice by mentoring others.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, statistics, business analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience building segmentations in a marketing automation platform such as Pardot, Marketo, or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience with statistical analysis tools and data visualization software.
  • Advanced experience developing SQL queries.
  • Advanced knowledge with Adobe Experience Cloud (AAM, AA), Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills including formula, VBA, and Macros.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Recommended Qualifications
  • Masters degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience with Pardot.
