Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members using Service Strategies
  • Accurately handle money and manage member accounts
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve member inquiries
  • Promote products and services to meet or exceed branch objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior teller/cash handling experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Triangle Credit Union offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
