Position Summary

In this vital role, you will work closely with the Division Manager to ensure the smooth operation and growth of our division and the organization. Your leadership approach will be aligned with the company's goals, characterized by respect, positivity, and proactive engagement. By utilizing your vision, management capabilities, and operational knowledge, you will help maintain effective operational controls, efficient administrative and reporting processes, and a robust team presence to enhance financial stability, operational effectiveness, and overall development.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide daily leadership and oversight for field operations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of project progress and manage project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with schedules, uphold quality standards, and adhere to operational procedures.
  • Drive the organization to exceed sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals.
  • Estimate new projects during transitional phases.
  • Develop vendor relationships and lead contract discussions.
  • Evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports on project performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and implement operational plans that align with project goals.
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing team; recruit, mentor, and manage team members with a focus on career growth.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and success within the project environment.
  • Establish a safety-first workplace by ensuring proper policy documentation, communication, and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience; prior experience in demolition is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Estimating experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in structural and soft demolition is preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill set and extensive knowledge beneficial to the organization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the company's priorities and objectives.
  • Previous experience in frontline business operations or leadership roles.
