Position Summary

The Engineering and Maintenance Manager collaborates closely with the maintenance, engineering, and production teams to supervise and coordinate workloads, special initiatives, and Preventative Maintenance programs. This role encompasses overseeing and managing capital projects from initial justification through procurement to final execution. A strong ability to assess and prioritize projects to achieve Safety, Production, and quality objectives is essential. Familiarity with design engineering, particularly using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or substantial equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing is required.
  • Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHA compliance is necessary.
  • Proven organizational and planning skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both management and staff is required.
