Position Overview

We are looking for a Named Account Manager to enhance our Sales organization. This role is crucial for expanding Arista's Open Networking platform and security solutions, focusing on a designated list of enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surpass defined sales targets while promoting the Arista brand within a select group of enterprise accounts, particularly in the Healthcare sector.

  • Collaborate with systems engineers to design and propose effective solutions that reduce total ownership costs.
  • Build and maintain essential channel relationships within your territory.
  • Conduct strategic account planning based on regular business reviews.
  • Engage in demand generation activities such as workshops and technology forums.
  • Stay informed about technology partner solutions and competitive strategies.

Team Dynamics

This role typically reports to a Regional Sales Director or VP of Sales, working alongside top-tier field engineers in the cloud networking sector, supported by our industry-leading technical assistance and executive team.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset with a proven history in technology sales, adept at fostering relationships with existing clients and acquiring new accounts. You should be an influential figure capable of acting as a trusted advisor, delivering business value to end users and stakeholders alike. Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent, with 7+ years of technology sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in direct selling within the assigned territory.
  • Relevant background in data center or networking industries.
  • Strong network of relationships within the territory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Technical expertise in areas such as Networking, SDN, NFV, and Cloud Computing.
