Incentives:
We offer a SIGN ON BONUS of up to $3500, contingent upon Ford Certification.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate vehicles to assess components and systems.
- Provide accurate time estimates for service tasks.
- Utilize tools and service equipment effectively to diagnose and maintain vehicles.
- Complete work outlined on Repair Orders efficiently.
- Perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.
- Communicate any issues or additional requirements to Assistant Service Managers.
- Follow dealership protocols for safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive mechanics.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and service specifications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits:
