Role Overview:

We are in search of a creative and impact-oriented senior marketing manager to join our team, focusing on customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition through digital channels, directly contributing to the company's growth objectives.
- Optimize the entire conversion funnel while continuously experimenting with bidding strategies, targeting, messaging, ad creative, and landing pages to enhance pipeline generation.
- Act as a business owner for your channels: manage budgets and forecasts, measure performance, and optimize for results.
- Support new growth initiatives by launching inbound campaigns for new geographies, product lines, and industries.
- Embody and promote Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we expand globally.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in paid acquisition channels, with at least 3+ years in an analytical capacity.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on prioritizing impactful initiatives.
- Familiarity with business metrics and the capability to optimize accordingly.
- 1+ years of experience with Google Ads.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing paid ads and digital lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of SQL (or a willingness to learn).

Compensation Philosophy:
Samsara's compensation structure is designed to provide Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that meets or exceeds market standards. This includes base salary, bonuses/variable compensation, and restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible positions.
