Senior Customer Success Advocate

At Motorola Solutions, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their goals and objectives. As a Senior Customer Success Advocate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our public safety clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion with our clients and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
- Provide proactive and reactive advocacy for our clients, acting as a quarterback to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to drive adoption, outcomes, and annual recurring revenue.
- 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, sales, engineering, public safety, or project management.
- Strong project management skills with a proven system for tracking multiple customer requests, issues, and strategic plans.
- Ability to stay on-task with minimal supervision and adapt to new situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products.
- Ability to travel 25% or more to customers.
