Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive support to ensure their success.
  • Account Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions throughout the customer journey, minimizing churn and optimizing user adoption.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and communicate it to internal stakeholders, driving ongoing improvement and ensuring high customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion and work with the Sales Team to drive renewals and growth.
