Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers throughout their journey with Flexential.
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in cloud, managed services, or colocation.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of cloud, colocation, and networking solutions.
