The Senior Customer Success Leader will oversee a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and foster robust relationships with our Enterprise and Mid-Market client segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in business or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a Customer Success team within a SaaS technology environment
- Proven track record in enhancing customer experience and driving customer retention and growth
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels
- Experience utilizing a CRM to generate reports and dashboards to inform business strategies
- Prior experience with tech-touch modeling and deployment is essential
- Capacity to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed team setting
