About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist (Full or Part Time) to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Experience: Engage with patients to provide personalized care and support, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Operations: Perform prescription dispensing activities, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, and verification, while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • People & Performance Management: Assist in staff hiring and training, while promoting teamwork and motivating team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Training & Personal Development: Maintain current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
