About the Role

Walgreens is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. As a Pharmacist at Walgreens, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient outcomes services.
  • Dispense medications and ensure accurate processing of insurance claims.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective medication management and patient education.
  • Participate in community outreach activities to promote the pharmacy business and enhance growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain good connections with local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
What We Offer

Walgreens offers a competitive salary range of $52.00 per hour - $74.80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
