Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Barbour Orthopaedics. As a Senior Account Executive - Personal Injury Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential referral sources, developing and executing a plan to build a network of business contacts within the legal industry, and cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with personal injury law firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and lead generation to identify and target potential referral sources
- Develop and execute a plan to build a network of business contacts within the legal industry
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with personal injury law firms
- Develop sales strategies to ensure quarterly sales quotas are achieved
- Effective utilization of the Salesforce CRM platform to document sales activities
- Proficient ability to articulate the value of our practice's services in a compelling manner
- Handling complaints and negotiations that may impact long-lasting referral partnerships
- Deliver persuasive presentations and educational sessions to potential & existing referral sources
- Generate regular sales reports and updates for supervisors
Requirements:
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably within healthcare or medical services
- Experience in personal injury sales and related medical services for 3+ years
- Strong relationships within the personal injury community
- Self-driven, motivated and capable of working independently
- Ability to travel for client visits and business prospecting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred
