Position Overview
This full-time, permanent role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service. Compensation is commission-based, and we offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Our competitive pay structure is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to foster lifelong clientele.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to become a trusted vehicle expert.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance reviews.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to the team each day.
Qualifications:
  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious mindset preferred.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new products and services.
  • Exceptional communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
