Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Amazon Locker+, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional service to our customers at our Locker+ retail outlets. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering quality service, possess a positive attitude, and can adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Your role will extend beyond merely assisting with customer orders; you will engage with customers on a personal level, enhancing their experience even if just for a brief moment. Associates will operate in designated retail settings, ensuring the seamless delivery and return of customer orders.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, manage returns, and prepare items for delivery.
  2. Assist customers by addressing their inquiries.
  3. Navigate problem-solving scenarios to assist customers effectively.
  4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  5. Oversee responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including site opening and closing.
  6. Utilize technology such as smartphones and handheld devices for sorting, scanning, and preparing orders.
  7. Receive deliveries from trucks.
Physical Requirements

Candidates should be able to:

  1. Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  2. Stand and walk for shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  3. Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items.
  4. Navigate stairs as necessary.
  5. Be available for part-time work between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with variable weekly schedules.
