Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Amazon Locker+, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team that ensures the seamless return and pickup of packages for our customers at various retail locations. Key Responsibilities
  1. Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, manage returns, and prepare items for delivery.
  2. Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and providing support.
  3. Navigate problem-solving scenarios to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  5. Oversee operations at a Locker+ location, including site opening and closing duties.
  6. Utilize technology such as smartphones and handheld devices for sorting, scanning, and preparing orders.
  7. Receive and manage truck deliveries.
Physical Requirements

Candidates should be capable of:

  1. Performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  2. Standing and walking for shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  3. Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items.
  4. Ascending and descending stairs as necessary.
  5. Being available for part-time work between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with variable weekly schedules.
